When children feel calm, confident, and understood, learning and development naturally follow.
VEO - Extra Ocular Vision
HOW IT BEGAN
VEO is a mental development and awareness method developed by Noé Esperón, who spent decades exploring how different states of relaxation, attention, and meditation influence learning and perception.
Through working closely with children, he observed that when visual stimulation is reduced and the nervous system is calm, children often demonstrate heightened focus, awareness, and confidence in navigating tasks.
Today, the method is taught internationally, with a strong emphasis on mindfulness, presence, and emotional regulation
The VEO course is delivered over 10 weekly sessions, each lasting approximately 1.5 hours.
Around 40 minutes of each session focuses on guided meditation and nervous-system calming practices
This is followed by creative and playful activities such as drawing, reading, and games
Activities are completed with eyes gently covered to reduce visual input and support sensory awareness and concentration
Parents are actively involved throughout the process.
Time is dedicated each week to sharing observations, answering questions, and offering simple practices that can be continued at home.
Family involvement plays a key role in supporting the child’s progress and sense of safety.
VEO COURSE
WHY
Supporting children to explore and develop their natural abilities can be a deeply empowering experience.
While some outcomes may be more noticeable than others, the greatest benefits are often seen in a child’s confidence, emotional wellbeing, and sense of calm.
This approach focuses on helping children develop greater self-awareness, clarity, and inner balance, which can positively support everyday life. Many families notice improvements in areas such as focus, learning, communication, and how children relate to others, both at home and in school.
